Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation. Your hosts review it and check availability before approval. Pending requests do not hold dates.

Arrival, payments and booking terms for your direct stay at Lela Residence.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3pm; checkout by 1pm, East Africa Time. Early check-in, later checkout and evening arrivals can be arranged with your hosts, subject to availability.
Payment schedule
50% of the booking total is due after host approval; the remaining 50% is due on check-in day. Pay by M-Pesa Send Money to 0720 939 648, Arnold Muturi. Send your booking reference and M-Pesa transaction code to your hosts. Payment is verified manually.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 7 days before the 3pm check-in time for a full refund. For later cancellations or a no-show, 50% of the booking total is retained; any amount paid above that is refunded. If Lela Residence cancels, all payments are refunded.
Your space and shared facilities
For individual-house stays, the pool, poolside relaxation area, garden and parking are shared. Guests use the interiors of their booked house. Main House guests may use the Guest House game room when the Guest House is vacant, subject to host confirmation. An Entire Residence booking provides exclusive use of both houses and the shared facilities.
